As we work on details for Beer-Con 2012, we did want to announce that we have added an additional Non-Profit partner to the event, San Diego Coastkeeper. This is something we’re very excited about, because if there is anything that is more San Diego then craft beer, it’s the beach and ocean.
San Diego Coastkeeper is the region’s largest professional organization working on inland and coastal water issues. It coordinates San Diego volunteers and works to protect the county from sewage, urban runoff, toxic waters and marine debris while advocating for ocean protection, environmental education and sustainable policy.
